Another BF shop in Turkey

imag0188Mumtaz emailed me some pictures of his Belgian Fries shop in Kusadasi (Izmir, Turkey).  He tells me he visited Belgium and The Netherlands some years ago and fell in love with our national dish.

In April 2009 he started his shop named SOCIPS and according to his email he is planning to open 4 more in the near future.

I can not judge his fries yet, but if anyone did taste them, please send me your comments.

    what does make the fries taste good is that the sauces or the fryer
    can you tell me how many sauces do you offer and what they are?
