paola1Time to publish some more Belgian Fries stuff from my archives.

Some years ago, after my appearance on Belgian television, I received these beautiful b&w pictures from Daniel Lambrechts. Here is his tribute to the many vanished fry shacks that made the Belgian landscape so unique.

THe best frites were at the grand place at night on the weekends, a hole in the wall next to Kelder, that was in the late 1960′s. a cold beer and some frites and even Belgian weather was looking good

    Beste Daniel,
    Paul
