My partner in fry-crime and author of many books on fry history, Paul Ilegems, recently did some spring cleaning and found the very last items of his books. They have been out of print for many years, can not be found in bookstores anymore but they are for sale here! All books are in Dutch but richly illustrated with many historical pictures. Only a few available. A must-have for genuine fry lovers!

Furthermore we can offer you some rare art work by artists Jan Bosschaert and Nicole Van Goethem.

For price information and ordering, please send an email to books@belgianfries.com.

Hi and thanks for a great website!

I would like the prices of rare works by the mentioned artists, thanks.
    My email is provided here.

Furthermore, please suggest a thing, since I regard you as an expert of this field.
Any books in English? And the slogan of : Authentic Belgian Fries, is it a sign of strong message as brand? We are discussing if we should add hand cut potatoes or authentic Belgian fries as slogan on logo….. We intend to sell Belgian and Dutch beer as well as the original sauces besides the Vladern beef gravy stew.

Your website has been very helpful for us.

    Thanks in advance.
