Shame on me! No updates in 7 months and there is still so much to tell on Belgian Fries …. But now I finally found some time to update this website. New articles on Fries around the World, a special on fry shops in Amsterdam, news on the Friitz franchise and various other fry-related stuff will be published in the next few days.
We will also publish a list of rare books by P. Ilegems, a Belgian Fry authority, and some art works by Belgian artists. The very last copies can be bought on this website only.
