Visiting Fry shops in the US
Since 1998 I visited most of the US Belgian fry shops in my disguise as the ‘Missionary of the Belgian Fries’.
My last trip to the US was in September 2005. Most of the NYC fry shops have closed with the exception of Pommes-Frites.
But the good news is, other states are catching on: recently “Belgian” fry shops have opened in Seattle and Bremerton (both WA), Saratoga Springs (NY), New Haven and Hartford (CT), Keene (NH) and Portland (Maine).

Hello,
Im reaching out to try and find a fry cone holder. So often In Paris my frys come standing in a tin cup wiht a rolled edge about three inches wide and just a couple inches tall. Do you know where on earth I could find them?

There is also a very nice Belgian fry shop called Fritz in San Francisco, CA on Elm Street. If you are in the bay area you should go there!! It is cozy and serves a few other food items. The sauce selection is plentiful and delicious!
